How do I know if my spring is broken?+
If the door feels very heavy, won’t lift, or you heard a loud bang, a spring is a common cause. Stop using the opener and call/text us.
Can I use my opener if the spring is broken?+
Not recommended — it can overload and damage the opener. It’s safer to book service and we’ll handle it properly.
Do you offer repair vs replace options?+
Yes. If a repair is safe and makes sense, we’ll recommend it. If replacement is the better long-term move, we’ll explain why.
